Short sleeve sparkly tee with rainbow umbrella applique, size 4T

This cotton lycra tshirt has a large umbrella applique, along with raindrops appliqued. Each piece was hand cut and sewn on. The shirt is made of digitally printed fabric made to look like glitter!
